Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cka44 website and platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. These T&C constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and cka44 ("the Operator"). If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform and should close this page immediately.

cka44 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these T&C at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with cka44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration.
• You must not have a pre-existing cka44 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms under any applicable responsible gaming program.

cka44 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle. You must cooperate fully with any such verification request, including providing documentation of identity, address and source of funds if requested. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended and any balance held pending review.

Deposits and Withdrawals

cka44 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no deposit fee charged by cka44, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by cka44 on the same business day in the majority of cases. Processing times may be subject to payment provider schedules outside cka44's control.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on the same account, subject to cka44's fraud prevention policies.
• cka44 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement.

Any attempt to reverse, charge back or dispute a deposit after gaming activity has taken place on the associated funds will be treated as fraud. cka44 reserves the right to close the associated account and report the incident to the relevant authorities if a fraudulent chargeback is identified.

Bonuses and Promotions

cka44 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spin rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a general T&C clause and a promotion-specific clause, the promotion-specific clause shall take precedence for that offer only.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded by cka44 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are detailed in the individual offer documentation. Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cka44 Platform. cka44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account on the Platform (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.

Any collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus structures or the Platform's payout mechanisms is also strictly prohibited. cka44 employs ongoing monitoring to detect collusion and suspicious betting patterns.

Responsible Gaming

cka44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits before commencing play. These tools are available through your account settings.

Players who feel that their gaming activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted. cka44 will not market to self-excluded players. Intellectual Property

All content on the cka44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and all other material — is the property of cka44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from cka44.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used in the delivery of the Platform.
• Use any automated system, spider or scraper to access or collect data from the Platform without cka44's express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cka44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if cka44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. cka44's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit cka44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

cka44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to: breach of these T&C; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete required identity verification; or failure to meet eligibility requirements. In the event of account closure due to a T&C breach, cka44 may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation.

cka44 will retain account data for a minimum period required by applicable law following account closure. For information about how personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and Data Protection

cka44 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference. By accepting these T&C, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. cka44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is never sold to third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To make a data request, contact our support team at [email protected]. cka44 will respond to all valid data requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cka44 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gambling may be restricted or prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your cka44 account or any transaction on the Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. cka44 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receipt.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining T&C, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of cka44 to enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These T&C, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and cka44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
